Procedures for Individuals

Documents to be attached to loan application for physical persons

(Peasant Farms, Individual Enterprises)

1. Documents of founding

• Registration certificate (original and one copy),

• Decision or declaration of founding (original and one copy),

2. Excerpt from State Register of enterprises and organizations (Chamber of state registration) or registration form for peasant farms (Mayoralty),

3. Certificate from fiscal inspection /mayoralty (signed by fiscal inspector/receiver) concerning debts to the budget,

4. ID copies for the manager and founders,

5. Business plan,

6. Offers from at least three suppliers of goods to be purchased under the project,

7. Contracts with suppliers,

8. Certificate from local SCA stating credit history

9. Account statement from the bank showing cash flow on account (for newly registered companies - account number)

10. Other documents as requested by credit officer.

Documents confirming collateral:

Real estate:

- Excerpt from Cadastre Register, issued by Territorial Cadastre Office (original);

- Primary documents confirming property rights (original and one copy);

- A Note from the territorial Fiscal Inspection concerning existence of arrears on real estate tax (original);

Mobile goods, equipment:

- Documents confirming property rights on goods: receipts, customs declarations, invoices, contracts, etc.

Transportation means:

- Technical passport (ID).

Personal guarantees of the applicant and the consent of the spouse to take a credit and pledge goods.

- Physical persons sign the guarantee contract.

Requirements for business plans:

1. Description of the enterprise and business idea.

2. Investment needs.

3. Description of objectives and marketing plans.

4. Financial results (profit and loss, cash flow, balance sheet), existing and projected.
